Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these conditions shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" means the abjee website, mobile application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" means any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" means a member's personal registered profile.
• "Services" means online betting, casino games, sportsbook, and all activities operated through abjee.
• "Taka" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

References to the singular in these Terms include the plural, and masculine terms refer to all genders.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To register on the abjee platform and use its services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above.
• You must be a real person — no artificial entities or bots are accepted.
• All information you provide must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts is a punishable offence.

If you register with false information or while ineligible, abjee reserves the right to cancel that account at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.

Account Registration and Security

All information you provide at registration must be fully accurate. abjee may request additional documents at any time for identity verification purposes.

• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential.
• Giving third parties access to your account is strictly prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to abjee support immediately.
• The member is solely responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

If abjee detects suspicious activity, it may temporarily suspend the account and request documents for verification.

Acceptable Use of the Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using abjee's services:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to unfairly influence the outcome of any game.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities with other members.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Collecting or disclosing other members' personal information.

If any of the above activities are detected, abjee reserves the right to permanently close the account and take legal action where applicable.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when betting and playing games on abjee:

• Each game or market has its own rules, which are stated on that game or market's page.
• Bets already placed generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though abjee may consider exceptions in specific circumstances.
• If a game or bet is completed incorrectly due to a technical error, abjee may cancel that round and refund the bet amount.
• In sportsbook markets, bets are normally refunded if an event is cancelled.
• abjee's decision on odds or payout determination shall be considered final.

All game outcomes are determined fairly using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

Sportsbook Special Terms

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• All information relating to match results is determined based on the official results of the relevant sports governing body.
• If a match is indefinitely postponed or cancelled, abjee will review the bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Markets in live betting can change quickly — the final odds at the time of placement will apply.
• abjee reserves the right to cancel bets related to fraudulent match fixing or manipulation.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

abjee believes that gaming is a form of entertainment and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage members to use the following protection tools:

• Set deposit limits — decide in advance how much you will deposit each day or each week.
• Session limits — set a limit on how long you will play in one sitting.
• Self-exclusion — if you feel gaming is getting out of your control, use the option to temporarily or permanently deactivate your account.
• Reality check — keep pop-up notifications active to remind you regularly.

Account Closure Policy

In the following circumstances, abjee may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice:

• If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• At the member's request (including self-exclusion).
• If the account remains inactive for a long period (as per the applicable policy).

Before permanently closing an account, abjee will attempt to return the member's eligible balance, however if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Dispute Resolution Process

If a member wishes to raise an objection regarding any decision or transaction by abjee, the following process must be followed:

• First, contact us directly via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected].
• Describe the complaint clearly and attach relevant evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.).
• abjee reviews all complaints with due seriousness and responds within a reasonable time.
• The final decision of abjee shall be considered binding.

Limitation of Liability

abjee shall not be held responsible under any circumstances for the following:

• Loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
• Delayed or failed transactions caused by third-party payment providers.
• Theft or misuse of account information due to the member's own negligence.
• Expected income from gaming not being realized.
• Indirect or incidental damages.

abjee always makes every effort to ensure a safe and reliable platform. However, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons, and we apologize to members in advance for any such inconvenience.
